With WDS Construction enjoying major growth, the firm outgrew their original office and were in the need for new spaces that would reflect their brand while allowing for continued expansion. JCW Development partnered with WDS, and set out to locate a site suitable for meeting the WDS corporate goals. A high-profile location was selected along a major highway in a new business park. JCW was not only able to develop a new office building for WDS Construction, but also for JCW’s new home. The end result is a beautiful new 28,000 sq. ft. building embracing the corporate brand and featuring a striking nighttime identity. Sustainability was a key component of the project, and large floor-to-ceiling windows on the exterior and interior allow abundant natural lighting deep into the building, which features private offices, open offices, and abundant collaboration spaces including a learning center and bar area. Another project goal was to future-proof the building, so it was designed and developed with future expansion in mind.
