WHO WE ARE //

Every building needs a beginning.

JCW Development is a full-service real estate and property development company serving clients nationwide. The firm, which was founded in 2013, is based in Wisconsin with a regional office in Pennsylvania.

JCW shares leadership with WDS Construction, a general contractor and construction management firm with project experience throughout the United States. WDS identified an opportunity to assist clients with land acquisition and due diligence and launched JCW, which today has grown to manage development projects throughout the entire process – from site identification to final cleaning and inspection.

Through extensive experience as both a tenant and an owner, JCW adds value to clients by providing efficiency and flexibility, as well as relationships with design professionals. Coupled with WDS Construction’s capabilities, JCW is able to provide integrated project delivery to provide a seamless experience that takes the pressure off our clients to make their building projects a reality.

JCW has developed more than 610,000 sq. ft. of space and currently owns and manages more than 212,000 sq. ft. Our areas of focus include medial/biosciences, cold storage, multi-family commercial/hospitality, and pharmaceutical.
