WDS is licensed to build in 48 states, allowing us to instill our passion for construction throughout an ever-expanding client base and almost 25 million square feet of completed projects. Confidence is the most important thing we build because at WDS Construction, we’re Built to Build Better.

The Core Purpose of WDS Construction is to provide for WDS Families and build Communities through our Passion for construction. Nowhere is this Core Purpose more evident than with our community-focused initiative, WDS Works LLC.

When it comes to building Communities, we put our money where our mouth is, helping nonprofit organizations achieve the dreams that allows them to better fulfill their missions. Launched in 2018, WDS Works supplies the construction know-how of the WDS team to those charitable organizations with critical construction needs that they may not be able to otherwise afford.

Whether providing pro-bono construction services or working with our extensive network of suppliers and subconsultants to secure products and services at or below cost, WDS Works bridges the gap to make the impossible possible.

According to Ben Westra, founder and president of WDS Construction: “I’ve been to ribbon cutting ceremonies throughout the United States, but there is truly nothing more rewarding than those WDS Works ribbon cutting ceremonies, knowing we’ve helped another community organization achieve their dreams.”

JCW Development is a full-service real estate and property development company serving clients nationwide. The firm, which was founded in 2013, is based in Wisconsin.

JCW shares leadership with WDS Construction, a nationwide general contractor and construction management firm. WDS identified an opportunity to assist clients with land acquisition and due diligence and launched JCW, which today has grown to manage development projects throughout the entire process – from site identification to final cleaning and inspection.

Through extensive experience as both a tenant and an owner, JCW adds value to clients by providing efficiency and flexibility, as well as relationships with design professionals throughout the United States. Coupled with WDS Construction’s capabilities, JCW is able to provide integrated project delivery to provide a seamless experience that takes the pressure off our clients to make their building projects a reality.
