Will Scott

As Senior Development Manager, Will brings a diverse background spanning industrial development, tenant representation, and commercial real estate. Since entering the industry, he has managed more than 12.3 million square feet of ground-up industrial developments across 13 states, along with capital improvement projects totaling more than 300,000 square feet and numerous tenant improvement buildouts. His experience extends across the full development lifecycle, including entitlements, permitting, design coordination, construction management, and collaboration with acquisition, leasing, debt, and disposition teams. He has also played a key role in streamlining internal processes to improve efficiency and execution.

Prior to transitioning into development, Will served as a tenant representative broker in downtown Chicago, advising companies through the office leasing process and helping align real estate solutions with business objectives. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate with a concentration in Urban and Regional Development and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management and has been a licensed real estate professional since 2018.

Known for his relationship-driven approach and problem-solving mindset, Will enjoys guiding projects through each stage of development and seeing ideas evolve into fully operational facilities. He is passionate about building strong relationships, overcoming challenges, and delivering successful outcomes for tenants, investors, and project stakeholders alike.
