Jeff Tarris brings more than 30 years of experience leading complex, integrated development projects across the United States. As Vice President of Development at JCW Development, Jeff oversees projects spanning medical, retail, hospitality and multi-family sectors, guiding them from early feasibility and entitlements through delivery and stabilization.

Jeff’s background includes senior leadership roles with both national and global organizations, where he managed development and construction programs at scale and across diverse markets. His coast-to-coast experience, combined with a pragmatic, results-driven approach, allows him to anticipate risk, align stakeholders and deliver projects that meet both operational objectives and long-term investment goals.
