A fourth-generation contractor, Ben has built a diverse portfolio spanning industrial, cold storage, medical, retail and life sciences projects, with a reputation for disciplined execution, long-term value creation and relationship-driven partnerships.

At JCW Development, Ben leads with a focus on delivering an integrated, relationship-driven development experience – one that prioritizes certainty, alignment and long-term performance. His leadership emphasizes collaboration with public and private partners, proactive risk management and development strategies that support both economic growth and community needs.

Beyond his professional work, Ben is deeply committed to giving back.
