JCW Development, in partnership with the Village of Denmark, is developing a 54-room upper midscale Cobblestone Hotel & Suites at the strategic intersection of I-43 and WI-96 in Denmark, Wisconsin. The hotel is strategically located adjacent to the newly opened Kwik Trip travel center and is positioned to capitalize on the strong demand from the nearby Green Bay market, home to Lambeau Field. This project represents a unique opportunity to serve the local business community, cater to annual sporting events, and accommodate visitors to the area. The remaining two acres of the four-acre site will be available for sale to a complementary business. Groundbreaking for the project is scheduled for October 2023.
