Matt Krogman has joined JCW Development as Development Manager, engaged in real estate development, construction, financing, and creative deal structuring.
He has more than a decade of experience in real estate development and finance including commercial, industrial, hospitality, multi-family, senior living, and health care projects. Matt is highly experienced with various aspects of commercial real estate underwriting, capital stack creation, and debt acquisition providing a depth of financial experience to the JCW Development team. Additionally, Matt has been sole proprietor of a development firm, involved with all aspects of the operation, and provided holistic industry and business model analysis as a recruiter and account manager prior to engaging in real estate development.
As Development Manager, Matt will bring his relationships throughout the Upper Midwest and beyond to real estate development initiatives, guiding multimillion dollar projects from inception into feasibility and refinement, through contract negotiation and construction to completion and final occupancy.
